At Ever & After Jewels, we are deeply committed to creating fine jewelry that carries enduring value, beauty, and trust. Whether you’re investing in a signature piece or gifting a loved one, we understand the need for flexibility, assurance, and long-term service.
To support this philosophy, we offer both exchange and buy-back policies that reflect our transparent values and long-standing customer care approach.
Exchange Policy
Eligibility
- Items are eligible for exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be:
- Unworn and unused.
- Returned in their original condition, with tags, packaging, and certificates intact.
- Accompanied by the original invoice.
- Exchanges are allowed for:
- Size or design variations.
- Store credit redeemable within 6 months.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Customized, engraved, or made-to-order pieces.
- Resized or altered jewelry.
- Damaged jewelry due to mishandling or external repair.
- Items purchased on final sale or special promotion.
Logistics & Fees
- Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
- Pickup services are available in select locations and can be arranged through our customer care.
Lifetime Buy-Back Policy
We stand by our promise of transparency and long-term value with a lifetime buy-back on all our jewelry.
This policy applies to both lab-grown diamond and gold value components, calculated as follows:
Lab-Grown Diamond Jewelry
- Gold Component: 70% of the prevailing gold rate (based on purity and weight).
- Lab-Grown Diamond Component: 10% of the original diamond invoice value.
- Making Charges: Non-refundable.
- Certificate & Invoice: Mandatory to initiate a buy-back.
Condition of Product
- Must be in good condition and unaltered from original form.
- Will undergo a quality check by our in-house team before buy-back approval.
- If the item does not pass inspection due to damage, alterations, or missing components, the offer may be revised or rejected.
Payout Method
- Payments will be processed via bank transfer to the original purchaser.
- Timeline: 7–10 working days post-inspection and confirmation.
📜 Resizing & Repairs Policy
- We offer one free resizing (if feasible) within 30 days of delivery. For resizing beyond this period or for non-adjustable designs, a service fee shall apply.
- Lifetime polishing and minor servicing available at a preferential rate.
- Major repairs or gemstone replacements will be chargeable based on assessment.
International Orders
- Exchange and buy-back services are available, but return logistics and duties must be covered by the customer.
- Refunds are made in AED (Dirhams); exchange rates at the time of refund will apply.
- International purchases may experience slightly longer processing timelines (up to 14 days).

- Share your order details, reason for return, and photographs (if required).
- Our team will verify eligibility and provide next steps.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund accordingly.

- Policies are applicable only to purchases made directly from our official website or verified showrooms/pop-ups.
- Ever & After Jewels reserves the right to update policies as necessary; however, any changes will be communicated transparently.
