• All products are described and photographed to the best of our ability. However, slight variations may occur due to:
  • Natural differences in diamond appearance
  • Lighting and screen settings
  • Hand-finished craftsmanship
• All lab-grown diamonds are certified and ethically sourced. We do not sell mined or conflict diamonds unless explicitly stated.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices listed are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change product pricing without prior notice.
• Orders will be confirmed only after full payment is received and verified.
• Accepted payment methods include debit/credit cards, net banking, and third-party payment gateways.
• Payment failures or fraud detection will result in order cancellation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are clearly stated on each product page. However, delays may occur due to third-party logistics, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or acts beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon confirmed delivery.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Buy-Back

• Please refer to our Return Policy, Exchange Policy, and Buy-Back Policy for detailed terms.
• Not all items are eligible for return or exchange (e.g. custom pieces, personalized designs).
• Refunds will only be initiated after product verification and inspection by our quality team.

6. Custom & Bespoke Orders

• Custom designs, engravings, and personalized pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• A minimum deposit or advance payment will be required to initiate bespoke production.
• Design sketches, 3D renders, and timelines will be communicated in writing before confirmation.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including text, product designs, logos, graphics, images, videos, and software, is the exclusive property of Ever & After Jewels and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
• No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission from Ever & After Jewels.

8. User Content & Reviews

• By submitting testimonials, reviews, or photos, you grant us the right to use them for marketing or promotional purposes.
• All shared content must be lawful and respectful.

9. Privacy & Security

• We respect your privacy. Your personal data is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We use secure, encrypted payment gateways. However, we are not liable for security breaches beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

• The Jewel Artisan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, government regulations, or supply chain disruptions.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.
