Domestic Shipping – United Arab Emirates

Delivery Coverage

We offer shipping across all Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

⏱️ Delivery Timeline

Ready-to-Ship Pieces: Delivered within 2–4 working days
Made-to-Order & Custom Jewelry: Delivered within 15–20 working days, depending on complexity
You will be notified once your order is dispatched, along with tracking information.

💵 Shipping Fees

Standard Shipping: Complimentary for all orders across the UAE.
Same-Day/Next-Day Delivery: Available in select areas of Dubai (charges may apply).

International Shipping

We are proud to offer worldwide shipping for our global clientele.

International Delivery Timelines

Standard Delivery: 7–14 business days from dispatch
Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs clearance.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees, depending on the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking with your local customs authority for applicable regulations.

Secure Packaging & Insurance

All shipments are fully insured until delivered to you.
Your jewelry will arrive in Ever & After Jewels’ signature luxury packaging, safely sealed and discreetly packed for added security.
In case of damage, tampering, or loss in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.

Delivery Attempts & Re-Shipping

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If unsuccessful, the item will be returned to our studio.
Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

Important Notes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Accurate delivery addresses and active contact numbers are essential to ensure smooth delivery.
During holidays, sale periods, or high-demand launches, delivery may take slightly longer than usual.
