Yes. All Ever & After diamonds are 100% real, lab-grown diamonds, identical to mined diamonds in every way—chemically, physically, and optically. They are graded and certified by leading gemological labs such as IGI and GIA.

We use solid 18K gold and high-quality lab-grown diamonds. Each piece is crafted with precision and meets the highest standards of finishing and durability.

Yes. All our gold jewelry is hallmarked for purity and all diamonds come with authenticity certificates.

Ordering & Payment

Q: How do I place an order?

You can place your order directly through our website. For custom or made-to-order pieces, reach out to us via WhatsApp or email, and we'll guide you through the process.

Orders for ready-to-ship items can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-cancellable once production begins.

Q: Do you ship across the UAE?

Yes. We offer free shipping across all Emirates, with secure and insured delivery.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers shall be responsible for customs duties or taxes depending on their country’s laws.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Ready-to-Ship: 2–4 working days within the UAE
  • Made-to-Order/Custom: 10–15 working days
  • International Orders: 7–14 working days, depending on location

Returns, Exchanges & Buy-Back

Q: Can I return or exchange a piece?

Yes, we accept returns within 7 days and exchanges within 14 days for eligible pieces. Items must be unworn, with all tags, certificates, and original packaging.

Q: Do you offer a buy-back policy?

  • 70% of the gold value at current market rate
  • 10% of the lab-grown diamond value from the original invoice

Q: Are custom pieces returnable?

Custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Q: How do I care for my Ever & After jewelry?

To keep your pieces shining:

  • Store in a soft pouch or box
  • Avoid contact with harsh chemicals and perfumes
  • Clean gently with warm water and a soft brush

We also offer lifetime polishing and inspection services for all our jewelry.
