At Ever & After Jewels, we are dedicated to offering jewelry that reflects not just exquisite craftsmanship, but also lasting trust. Every piece we create is a result of meticulous design and ethical precision. While we hope you love your purchase, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary.
This Return Policy is designed to make the process clear, respectful, and fair—for you, and for the craftsmanship behind every piece.
Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Returns are eligible only for:
- Purchases made via www.everandafterjewels.com
- Jewelry in unused, unworn, and original condition.
- Items accompanied by the original invoice, diamond certificate(s), and packaging.
- Return pickup must be initiated within the 7-day window by contacting our team.
Items Not Eligible for Return
To ensure quality control and hygiene, the following are non-returnable:
- Customized or engraved pieces.
- Made-to-order or bespoke designs.
- Items that have been resized, altered, or repaired outside The Jewel Artisan.
- Jewelry with signs of wear, damage, or missing components.
- Final sale or discounted items under Clearance / Sale sections.
- Products without original certification and packaging.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected at our facility:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return via email or WhatsApp.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of inspection.
- Refunds are issued as:
- Original payment method for prepaid orders.
- Bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders (customer must share bank details).
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
📦 Return Logistics
- Once your return request is accepted:
- We will arrange a secure pickup through our logistics partner (subject to pin code serviceability).
- You will be required to securely pack the item using the original box, with the invoice and diamond certificate.
- In case of missing documents or packaging, a certain fee shall be deducted from the refund.
International Returns
We currently do not offer returns for international orders, due to customs regulations and logistics limitations. However, we will gladly assist with:
- Product clarifications before ordering
- Sizing help
- Exchange facilitation (logistics cost to be borne by the customer)
Checklist Before Returning
To ensure a smooth return process:
- ✔ Jewelry is unworn and in mint condition
- ✔ Diamond certification is included
- ✔ Original invoice and packaging are attached
- ✔ Return request is raised within 7 days
- ✔ The item is securely packed for pickup
